Fakhir at the Organisational Excellence Talk for Nokia

Fakhir was recently invited by Nokia to participate in a talk on Organisational Excellence in Dubai. The talk was attended by 40 of Nokia’s top leaders belonging to Asia and Middle East.

The talk specially centered on The Role of Leadership in Times of Change and Fakhir introduced the concept of the Intent to Give and the Means, Ability and Accountability Model. The participants believed that this was a reflective session for them and helped them to figure out their personal meaning in the work that they do.
