Who said to the wind…”Blow!”?
Whom of you helped the sun to rise this morning?
Gravity does its own thing without needing your knowledge of its intricacies, yes?
How much effort did it take to know that night will fall again tonight?

Ever noticed how the leaves of a tree offer no struggle in the presence of the wind?
…How the grass doesn’t complain about its interaction with the heat, rain, man and animal alike.
…How the lily doesn’t resent the rose. (Learn.)
Stop. Look. Feel. Be.
That’s mos all that meditation begs of you.

But you see, you don’t want to feel.
You think you hide it well, but you do so only to yourself perhaps.
Let me tell you about your big cover up…
But before I do that, let me tell you this: I am your friend, I am here for you. Your wishes for your life become my wishes as well.

Now, I know that your smile hides sorrow.
That pursuit of a burst of laughter seeks to silence a former cry.
That helping hand is a cry for help (After all, no one ought to be left out, helpless like that one time you were, right?)
Those pearls of wisdom bury in them “Do you see me now? Have I finally proven my worth?”
But you see, you’re already worthy simply because you are here, now!
Even if you are but a drop in the ocean, that drop, you,
Consists of all the stuff that makes up the mighty ocean.

So wisdom away you mighty drop you!
Sit down and ask for help, or at least take the help I offer all around you.
Let that cry out, crack that joke, what’s the difference?
Bring light to that sorrow, remember, darkness cannot never survive in the presence of light…you will smile. Do you believe me?

I will not force myself onto you, friend.
I do as you ask in your thoughts.
Whatever you focus on I will rush to make it happen for your sake.
That is my nature.
The fact that you rush ahead of me and put the weight of the world on your shoulders, or that you bury deep what you wish never to be revealed, doesn’t define me.
It does, however, plant the seed that grows into your current state of being.
Do you see it yet, how powerful you are?

I am your friend,
I am here for you.
Let me show you.
Let.
Step aside and let me show you.
I have so much to offer, just open your eyes and look around you.
Awaken from your deep slumber.
Go within, find me.
And so experience me, with out!
