People Managers Toolkit (PMT) Program

Schuitema’s intervention for managers leading teams has made great headway in Pakistan this year. With a quarter still to go, the team has managed to deliver 14 sessions facilitating managers all over Pakistan. 12 of these sessions were for around 300 managers of Nestle Pakistan from all over the country. Others sessions included  one for WWF Pakistan and an open program for managers of various organizations.

The PMT Program is meant for young managers leading teams. Often enough, people are promoted as leaders within the organization on the basis of their functional competencies. However, skill at functional competencies may not necessarily mean a manager who is skilled at people management as well. And a lack of this, could result in mistrust and synergy within the function.

The PMT program is a comprehensive toolkit of people skills with 11 modules on key aspects of people management. From creating a sense of purpose to assessing individual performance. The toolkit is packed with concepts, frameworks and opportunity for coaching-on-the-go.
