My name is Nhlanhla Nxumalo, I read your book “Beyond management” around 1996 and it was transformational in my life(I lent is to so many people who did not bring it back, I am sad to see it is out of print). I was a shop steward at the time and using the principles laid out there approached my role differently with amazing results. I later read your other book Leadership.
I found you on the Net and just thought I should let you know how much you touched my life, probably flowing from that book I have a particular paradigm for my life. I am excited to see that the Care and Growth model has gone international. Thank you very much and I really wish you more exponential growth as you message is desperately needed in our country today.
